Pet Waste Removal FAQ

Twice weekly is $16.99, weekly is $19.99, and every two weeks is $26.99 per visit for up to two dogs. Plans are billed monthly in advance by card on file.

Each additional dog is $3.00 per visit. For five or more dogs, call or text for a custom quote.

No. Residential plans are month to month. You can cancel anytime by text, email, or phone; see Terms of Service.

Annual prepay saves 10%. Military, first responder, and senior discounts are also 10%, but only one discount applies and discounts never stack.

The first cleanup is free with a recurring plan when the yard has under two weeks of buildup. Moderate buildup is $49.00, heavy is $89.00, and severe is $129.00, charged once on the first visit.

We sweep the whole yard, bag the waste, and remove it from your property. We close and latch the gates we open and photograph them.

You do not need to be home if we can safely access the yard. Visits where we cannot get into the yard are billed as completed visits.

Let us know by text, email, or phone at least 24 hours before your service day and the skipped visit is not charged. Since we bill at the start of the month, the credit appears on your next invoice. Less than 24 hours notice is billed as a completed visit.

Ask for a vacation hold and we will pause service until you are back. Contact us by text, email, or phone to arrange the hold.

If we miss your day for a reason within our control, we return within one business day and the make up visit is free. Free visits are credited on your next invoice for recurring residential plans in good standing.

Text us a photo within 24 hours of the visit. We return within two business days to clean the missed spot again at no charge under the On Time Guarantee.

Monsoon storms, lightning, flooding, and extreme heat can make a visit unsafe. If we reschedule for weather or safety, we tell you by text or email and make it up within two business days. A weather visit made up on time is not a missed visit.

We will not enter a yard with an unsecured dog. Secure your dog before the visit so we can work safely.

We close and latch every gate we open and photograph it. The gate photo is sent by text when service texts are enabled.

We clean and sanitize tools and boots between properties to reduce the spread of parvo and parasites. This does not promise that a yard will be disease free or parasite free.

We bag all waste and remove it from your property. The yard cleanup includes hauling the bagged waste away from the property.

We offer pet waste service for HOAs, apartment communities and property managers. Request a commercial proposal for your property.

The first station is $15.00 and each additional station is $8.00 per visit. The monthly minimum is $150.00 per property.

Common area scooping is $55.00 per labor hour, with a 1 hour minimum. Commercial invoicing is net 30.

Station installation is $75.00 for labor plus the station cost. Request a proposal to confirm the property details.
