Gate photo after every visit
We photograph the gate after every visit. The photo is sent by text when service texts are enabled.
Gate and pet safety
We close and latch every gate we open and photograph it. We will not enter a yard with an unsecured dog.
Biosecurity between yards
Tools and boots are cleaned and sanitized between properties to reduce the spread of parvo and parasites.
How waste is handled
We bag all waste and remove it from your property.
Our On Time Guarantee
- We show up on your scheduled day. If we miss it for any reason within our control, we will come back within one business day and that make up visit is free.
- We get it all. If we miss a spot, text us a photo within 24 hours of your visit and we will return within two business days to clean it again at no charge.
- Weather and safety. Monsoon storms, lightning, flooding, and extreme heat can make a visit unsafe. If we have to reschedule for weather or safety, we will tell you by text or email and make it up within two business days. A weather reschedule made up on time is not a missed visit.
