Whether your yard is gravel, turf, or grass, keep access clear and secure your dogs before a visit. Pick up between scheduled cleanups when needed and keep waste away from play areas.
In summer heat, keep fresh water and shade available for your dogs. Extreme heat or unsafe weather may require us to reschedule; we will communicate the change and follow our weather and safety guarantee.

What does a weekly visit include?
We sweep the whole yard, bag the waste and remove it from your property. We close and latch every gate we open and photograph it.
How much does weekly service cost?
Weekly service is $19.99 per visit for up to two dogs. Each additional dog is $3.00 per visit; five or more dogs need a custom quote.
Will you send a gate photo?
We photograph the gate after every visit. We send that photo by text only when service texts are enabled.
What if you miss my service day?
If we miss your scheduled day for a reason within our control, we come back within one business day and that make up visit is free. The On Time Guarantee covers recurring residential plans in good standing.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime by text, email, or phone. See Terms of Service for details.
