Privacy Policy

Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service address, number of dogs, service preferences, yard condition, photos you choose to upload, messages you send us, and for commercial inquiries your company name and role. If you apply for a job, we collect the details in your application.

Payment information: payments are processed by our third party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Service records: visit dates, gate photos, service notes, and billing history.

Information collected automatically: when you use the Site, we and our analytics provider collect information such as your browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring website, approximate location derived from your IP address, and campaign information in the link you used to reach us (such as UTM codes).

Consent records: when you opt in to text messages, we record the consent wording shown to you, the date and time, and your IP address.

To provide quotes and schedule, perform, and bill for service. To send service and account communications, including visit reminders, gate photos, schedule changes, and billing notices. To send marketing messages and review requests only if you have opted in. To respond to inquiries and job applications. To understand how visitors find and use the Site and improve it. To keep a waitlist and decide where to expand service. To protect our business, our customers, and our team, and to comply with law.

If you opt in, we send text messages as described in our SMS Terms at indootime.com/sms-terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The categories of service providers described in Section 5 exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent.

The Site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how visitors use the Site. Google's use of this information is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt out Browser Add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings. We do not send your name, email address, or phone number to Google Analytics. The Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting and database providers, scheduling and billing software, payment processors, email and text message delivery providers, and analytics providers. They may use the information only to provide services to us.

Professional advisors such as our accountants, insurers, and attorneys, when needed.

Authorities, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of In Doo Time, our customers, or others.

A buyer or successor, if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We keep inquiry and waitlist information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you unless you become a customer. We keep customer records for as long as you are a customer and for up to 7 years afterward for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We keep records of text message opt outs for at least 10 years so we can continue to honor them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including access controls on our lead and customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by Arizona law.

Text messages: reply STOP to any message, or contact us. Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link or contact us. Access, correction, and deletion: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing indootimellc@outlook.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may keep information we are required to retain by law or need for billing records.

The Site and our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it. Please do not upload photos that show children.

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Site.
